School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Assembly

Our whole school assemblies are a time to come together as a community to celebrate student achievements, present awards and share important school events and highlights.

Kindergarten Orientation

Date: Friday - 7 November, 14 November, 21 November

Time: 9:15am - 11:00am

Our Kindergarten Orientation program welcomes our newest students and their families to Enfield Public School. It’s a wonderful opportunity for children to explore their new learning environment, meet their teachers and classmates, and begin building confidence for their first year of school. Families can also learn about school routines, programs and ways to support their child’s transition to Kindergarten.

K-1 Swim Scheme

Date: 10 November - 21 November

Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm

Our Kindergarten and Year 1 Swim Scheme is held at Enfield Aquatic Centre and gives students the chance to build confidence and essential water safety skills in a fun, supportive environment. Led by qualified instructors, the program helps children learn to enjoy the water safely while developing important swimming techniques.

Stage 3 Burwood Police CyberSafety Talk

Date: 19 November

Time: 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Burwood Police is hosting a Cyber Safety talk in the school hall. This session will be led by the Youth Officer from Burwood Area Police Command who will share vital information about how to keep children safe online.

Year 6 Farewell

Date: 8 December

Time: 6:00pm - 9:30pm

The Year 6 Farewell is a special celebration held at Magpie Sports Club in Croydon Park to honour our graduating students. It’s a memorable evening where students come together to celebrate their primary school journey, enjoy dinner and dancing, and are proudly presented with their graduation certificates to mark the completion of their years at Enfield Public School.

Gala Night

Date: 10 December

Time: 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Our annual Gala Night is a much-loved community event that brings families together to celebrate the festive season. The evening features a variety of food and drink stalls, student performances, and joyful Christmas carols. A highlight of the night is a special visit from Santa Claus, spreading cheer and excitement to students and families alike.
